The State Meritorious Incentive Scheme (CBSE) Haryana 2023-24 is being presented by the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana. Class X and Class XII students who are top rankers in the CBSE annual exam and looking to pursue higher studies are invited to apply for this scholarship scheme. With this scholarship, the Haryana Government endeavors to encourage the holistic development of the students. The scholars will receive scholarship money to cover their course fees until the completion of the graduation courses in any educational field.

The eligibility criteria for the State Meritorious Incentive Scheme (CBSE) Haryana 2023-24 is discussed herein:
- The student has to hold domicile status in the Haryana state
- He/she should have ranked first in Class X / Class 12 in the annual CBSE exams
- The applicant is required to be studying in Class 12 or graduation courses as a regular student in an educational institute recognized by the Government of Haryana
State Meritorious Incentive Scheme (CBSE) Haryana 2023-24: Rewards
The scholarship will be distributed among students in the following method:
- For Class X
Among the best-performing Class X CBSE students, one boy and one girl will receive financial support to continue their studies up to Class XII and graduation programs. The Haryana Government will be responsible for covering the students’ academic expenses until they complete their graduation. The annual scholarship amount will not be more than INR 12000 for Class 12 studies and INR 1 lakh for college-related fees.
- For Class XII
One boy and one girl who are students from the Haryana state and have scored the highest rank in the CBSE Class XII exams will be rewarded with this scholarship. Upon continuing with higher education, they will receive financial help to pay for the institution fees up to INR 1 lakh per annum. The students will continue getting the incentive until the completion of their college studies.

- 1 Photograph of the Applicant
- Specimen Signature of the Applicant
- Copies of Family Income Certificate and Caste Certificate

- Copy of Parivar Pehchaan Patra
- Fee Receipt Copy
- Copy of Pass Certificate of Previous Examination (does not apply to first-year students)

The application process for the State Meritorious Incentive Scheme (CBSE) Haryana 2023-24 is discussed herein:
- Start by browsing the home page of the Centralized Scholarship Portal of the Department of Higher Education Haryana
- Go to the “Student” tab and select the “Student Registration” tab from the drop-down menu
- On the new page, provide your Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family ID), at which point the system exhibits the corresponding list of family members
- Tap the Applicant’s name and then the “Generate OTP” link
- Input the OTP as received on your registered mobile number and follow by clicking the “Verify OTP” tab
- Subsequently, the system displays the auto-filled Registration Form, where you should review the information
- Choose the “Department” and “College” and then go ahead and create a password; that done, tap the “Register” tab
- As your next step, go to the “Login” tab on the portal for the login page to come up on the screen
- Provide your login credentials to sign in to your account and access the Online Application Form
- Fill in the given fields in the form and upload the mandatory documents
- Check all details in your application and then submit the same online
